Need some advice regarding reception receipt?

The only way to resolve this is to call and ask them. All in all, I find it a bit weird if they didn't include napkins with the tableclothes as well. However, be warned--most places do not provide you with chair covers and do charge extra for that, so if they say it's not included don't be surprised.
