Can I work at USAMRIID if I sign on with the Air Force?

I have strong background in biology and am about to go to medical school to become a doctor specializing in Infectious Diseases. I plan on joining the military before going to medical school because I qualify for their scholarship that pays for everything. I have been trying hard to decided between the Air Force and the Army, but I see that USAMRIID is an Army facility. It has always been my dream to work there. Can I work there if I join the Air Force instead of the Army?
