My color scheme but what color should i paint the trim of my room?

my sheme is going to be black and white with pink, and i was thinking maybe!! gold but idk about that, but im going to paint the wall pink (not sure on the shade) and i was thinking about the trim (and the closet doors) would be a shiny black but i dont want it to seem gothic. im going to get black frames and take pictures of my horses and dogs and friends and frame them (pics r black and white) and then i was going to stencil my horses (show) name on the wall in cursive, do u like it. and id have a black and white comforter but what color could i do the trim besides black?
