Is he lieing, is he telling the truth? Is he using me? does he mean what he says?? Help me Please!?

oyk, see there is this guy write, and hes is one of my step brothers friends, oyk, welll, me and him was tlking one night, outside the house alone, i stareted crying and i was telling him about what happened to me were i use to live, he told me that he wouldnt let anythign happen to me, that he would kill the person if he trys to hurt me, and so on and so forth,, then he was like, chica i dont knoe what it is about you but i feel really protective over you... i was like awww.. and during all in this he was holding me in his arms, the whols time, well condesidering the facet its 2 weeks be4 i would get to see him again, was like ur so sweet and stuff, and htold me i could be bettr than this one guy i datede for like 6 montths, oyk, we took him home, he huged me, and he keep rubbing my leg, like its gonna be oyk, well me and him was iming for like 3 days and 1/2 adn then we were finding out that we both liked someone but we didint knoe who it was, and we wouldnt say then he finally sadi oyk do u really wanna know who i like and i was like yeah. and he was like, i like omg really i like you to..... then on the monday afterward, my stepbrother had to come down and give blood so his friedn came with him, then while like b4 i went outside then his friend came outside and then he was like lets walk and omg me and him kissed, and made out, and he tole me how great i was, and it was so great, then we went to wal mart so my step bro could get his hair cut, well me and his friend went walking right, and then we wnet to the arm machine thingy that tells you ur blood sugar and pulse or w/e and while we was playing with it, i was sitting down then he kissed me then he pulled me up and like paractically stood me in the middle of walmart and kissed me, it was so, yay, loll, then we had to take them home and me and he was playing the question game on im, right, then, it was my turn so i asked him "if you could take anything back, what would u take back, and then what would u do differently?" oyk, then his reposne was "i would take back dating the nasty /hoe and start dating/"seeing like bf and gf" instead, and he tells me that he cares about me so much and that he would take a bullet for me and how he wouldnt let me take a bullet for him, and hes so sweet, so my questions is Is he lieing, is he telling the truth? Is he using me? does he mean what he says? and everything does he really like me, and how should i deal with this? Help me Please!
