BLW....can I trust she knows how much to eat?

Do not be ashamed, there are NO stupid questions!!! It is good that you care enough to ask and that you care enough to find out about BLW. She will honestly eat enough! I have an 18 month old that I swear is on a hunger strike (since 6 months...lol) but he is fine, healthy, HUGE, and happy! At your babies age they are still getting the majority of their nutrition from milk, so I promise, everything WILL be fine. Good job on nursing and BLW!!!
