an old cowboy went ridig out one dark and windy day upon a ridge he rested as he went along his way when all at once a mighty herd of red eyed cows he saw ploughingg through the ragged skies and up the cloudy trough there brnds were still on fire& there hooves were made of steel their horns were black & shiny & their breathe he could feel a bolt of fear went through him as they thundered thruogh the sky 4 he saw the riders coming hard and he heard their mournful cry " yippy yi yo, yippy yi ya ghost riders in the sky" their faces gaunt thier eyes were blurred their shirts all soaked with sweat he's riding hard to catch that herd but he aint caught em yet cause they got to ride 4ever on that range up in the sky on horses snorting fire as they ride on hear their cry as the riders loped on by him he heard one call his name " if you want to save ur soul from hell riding on our range then cowboy change your ways today or with us you will ride trying to catch the devils herd acrosss this endless sky" yippy yi yo, yippy yi ya ghost riders in the sky ghost riders in the sky ghost riders in the sky
