Need help finding a UNIQUE excursion NEAR Samana, Dominican Republic?

I don;t know much about it and I've never been to Samana. However, many of my friends have. It's cool to go see whales there. I've heard it's really cute! Also, they go somewhere to see lights from Puerto Rico (it's close enough)... I don't know what's the fun of that, but oh well :)
