I have hair all over my body, please help?

I am 14 and there is hair all over my body. Not just my armpits and legs, but on my arms, back, stomach and bottom. It is quite dark as I have black hair and I am called things like Wolf Girl and Mrs Bigfoot at school. My mum wont let me shave or wax it and I don't know how to convince her. I think she might be blind! Also, my friends have told the teachers about the bullying, they say that I should shave or wax off the excessive hair, but I am not allowed. How can I convince my mum to let me remove the hair!?!
