How do I find my Dad's AAF records?

The National Personal Records Center is located in St. Louis, Mo. They should have them. When I retired they were attempting to put them Cds. Now since then they were moved to Granite City, Il. There have been a couple of floods and a fire or two, so some records were lost before they could be copied. My dad's were one of them. Good thing he put it on file with the county.
