Is yellow stool sign of labor at 38 weeks?

I am 38 weeks pregnant and last night i had a very loose yellow stool...not sure if that is a sign of going into labor. On top of that I have menstrual cramps feels like my period is going to start any day now. Consistent back back and knees hurting. I just feel all around queasy and blah...is any of this a sign of possibly going into labor the next few hours or days? Also last thursday I was 1cm dilated. Any ideas would help. thank you!
