Recover lost excel data?

Sorry, but it's gone for good. I know it's not much use to you now, but when I'm working on an important workbook, I copy the worksheet (right-click on the sheet tab and click Move or Copy) and keep it as a Work In Progress copy which has proved invaluable many times. However, this would also be of no use if it isn't saved.
