The best way to start is a body cleanse. It'll clean out all your toxins in your body. Just by that you should lose 5-10lbs the longer the cleanse the better. Next, the obvious eating healthy and exorcising. take all your vitamins especially b-vitamins beacause those are the ones that increase your metabolism and when you do that your burning more fat and caloeries. Try getting the amino acid L-carnitine, that would turn all your body fat into lean muscle. Also CLA, that eats up your stored body fat mainly in the belly area. You may also concern yourself with a water to reduce your water weight cuz thats usually where all the weight comes from. Do all those and you'll see great results.
