Do you think the baby will be okay.?

so i go to an alternative so there are alot of pregnant girls there, and there is this new girl i just met who is 6 months pregnant and looks like she is maybe 4 months. she was on meth when she conceived and just quite smoking weed a week ago. she says she hasnt done ne thing else since she found out. but her friend says she knows she pops pills still. the doctor told her that the baby is at high risk for A.D.D A.D.H.D and some othe things. could all of this be a reason she is still so small, and do you think the baby will be able to survive full term, and come out healthy?
