Why does Yahoo penalize my ratings when my opponent has forfeited a game? This has happened to me twice.?

Make sure it is the missing/frozen players turn to play. Who ever's turn it is when 3 min are up looses double points,and other team gets points. losing player's partner still get a win credited but no points.
