What do you think of Obama shutting down GITMO! Is it a good or bad idea?

I don't understand why Saddam was tried in court found guilty and hung, but we cant do the same to Gtimo's, why not send them back to their countries have them tried in court, Guilty is guilty and hung for all to see as an example from thier own country
