Question about MacBook Pro Peripheral compatibility?

I am considering switching from a PC to a Macbook Pro but I do have some peripheral concerns. First of all I have a Fuji FinePix digital camera that is not compatible with my iPad...does that mean the xD card will not be compatible with a MacBook? I also have a Sony HandyCam camcorder that is about 4 years old and I worry that it too will not be compatible when transferring video files, any ideas there? Finally, I have a HP PhotoSmart C4680 printer, will it pose any issues regarding compatibility. Thanks for any and all help!!
