Painful during pregnancy?

i am 6 weeks pregnant and I had an involuntary in my sleep (it was'nt even a dream) that woke me up in excruciating pain and I had to lay on the bathroom floor just to alleviate it but it subsided after 5 mins but my last pregnancy ended in miscarriage and I had this before please tell me some one else has felt this because I am going crazy.
