Medical school or energy systems engineering? deadline soon, life dilemma!?

I know both require equal amounts of hard work, the medical school is in Bahrain and the engineering is at UOIT toronto.......i am willing to accept both paths, but which one is more promising generally? what would you do? I only have a few days.
