I know the Raiders are terrible, but what offseason moves are they expected to make?

they have A LOT of work to do, there's no way they're going to have a turn around season, I see them fixing up the Lines first, good linemen last longer in the league and usually take a few years to get to their full potential anyway, with a young qb and rb, they'll be good their for now, then work at the D-backs, then receivers, receivers and RB don't usually get as many years, so they're something you look at later.
