How can you tell if you got the job?

i had a job interview yesturday at tim hortons and it went really well.....the manager Lisa, came out and sat at a table with me and it was more of a chatty, casual interview, near the end of the interview we were discussing hours i am able to work and she asked when i am able to start if she does hire me.......then at the end she said she will call my refrenses and get back to me................do u think i have got the job?
