Could she have stage iv cancer?

My mom has been rushed to the emergency with symtoms of weight loss, abdominal pains and nausea and fatigue. I am so concerned. Ive looked at all other ailments but it seems to pin point to cancer. Any advice you can give me I would appreciate!
